What makes SIYHA special is its focus on player development, sportsmanship, and our community. Whether it’s a first-time skater or a seasoned player, the goal is to build skills on the ice and character off it.

As a nonprofit and volunteer-based organization, SIYHA thrives on the passion and dedication of its community. Every coach, team manager, and board member contributes their time and energy not for profit, but for the love of the game and the development of young athletes. This ensures that resources are focused directly on growing hockey and making it accessible to our local families.

For decades, South Indy Youth Hockey Association has been a cornerstone of youth hockey development in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. We believe in more than just winning games—we’re here to build friendships, leadership skills, and memories that last a lifetime.

To create a safe and fun environment where players learn the fundamentals of hockey and fosters sportsmanship and life lessons that last well beyond the rink. We're committed to growing the game and strengthening the hockey community across Indianapolis and the surrounding areas.
